ALL ABOUT
JOSHUA FAULKNER

Joshua Faulkner is a 20-year-old Indie Rock singer/songwriter based in Leeds. Inspired by artists like The Wombats and Arctic Monkeys, he combines rock and alternative using his unique blend of soulful vocals and rhythmic guitar playing. His songs delve headfirst into topics like toxic relationships on Saving Grace, romance and lovers on Ignore the Image and Umlaut and environmentalism on Rainbows on the Water.

Joshua started playing music at a very young age and began writing original songs at the beginning of 2018. Throughout 2019, he released his first EP and toured around Somerset at venues such as The Fleece in Bristol and Moles in Bath. In March 2020, he released his first album, Left & Right. The album explores themes of the human condition and the mind. Over the following year, he began working on the follow-up, A Man For Words. Joshua released the first single Modern-day Medusa in October 2021 and was met with praise for his more serious and mature style. The sophomore album was released with a bold and new sound. Joshua's most recent release, I'm The Reason, pushes his songwriting capabilities once more, proving his talent as a songwriter and producer
